Terms of service
What you are buying from the shop at darpetshop.com, how it reaches you, what you may do with it, and what to do if something goes wrong.
These are the shop's own terms of service, and they apply from 18 October 2026.
Who runs this shop
The shop at darpetshop.com is run by Darleen's Pet Sitting Services LLC, which sells the printable packs and bundles offered on it.
These terms cover a purchase made on it, and only that: what you are buying, what it costs, what you may do with the file, and what to do if something goes wrong.
What you are buying
A pack is a digital file: a printable PDF you print at home and fill in by hand. A bundle is the same PDFs the single packs sell, delivered as one zip file that holds each of its packs.
Nothing is shipped and nothing is posted, so there is no delivery address to give and no parcel to wait for. The file is the whole of what you buy.
Delivery works the same way for every purchase. Choosing a pack takes you to Stripe's own checkout, and when the payment goes through Stripe sends you back to the shop with its own reference for that payment. That brings you to the download page for that purchase, which is where the file is, and the shop also emails you a copy of that page's link, to the address Stripe holds for the payment.
Paying for it
Payment is handled by Stripe, on Stripe's own pages. Your card details are typed there and go to Stripe: they never reach this shop, its Worker or its mailbox.
The figure shown on a pack's page is the amount that pack's payment link charges, and Stripe's own checkout page shows you the amount before you confirm anything.
There is no subscription and no recurring charge. One payment buys one pack or bundle, once; the shop keeps no card and cannot charge you again.
Discount codes
The shop's welcome offer is stated in full on its newsletter sign-up page, and the terms written there are the code's terms: new customers only, 20% off, one use.
The code is never shown on a page of the shop. You sign up, the shop emails you a six-digit code, you type that code back to confirm your address, and the discount code itself is emailed to you after that.
The welcome offer is the only discount the shop states on its own pages. We do also hand out codes elsewhere — in a post, a message or a letter — and each of those carries its own terms. Any code applies to a purchase made on this shop.
What you may do with the file
The file is yours to use: print it, and fill in the blanks, as often as you like, for your own use.
It is not yours to pass on. You may not share the file, resell it, redistribute it, give copies away, or pass the work off as your own.
You may not edit the file, copy its text or images out of it, or add or remove pages. Every pack prints its copyright once on its last printed page — © Darleen's Pet Sitting Services LLC, 1st edition — and the file itself is locked: it can be printed and filled in, but its text and images cannot be copied out, it cannot be edited or annotated, and its pages cannot be added to, removed or reassembled.
A screen reader can still read a pack out loud: the lock deliberately leaves that way through.
If something goes wrong
If a file will not open, or you were charged and no download appeared, tell us what happened and we will look into it.
Write through the shop's contact form — darpetshop.com/contact — and say which pack it is and what you saw.
If a payment is refunded, in full or in part, that purchase's download page stops working. The shop asks Stripe about the payment each time that page is opened, so the file is served only while the payment stands.
The newsletter is separate from buying
Signing up for the newsletter is not an order and is not part of buying a pack: it is a separate list, and joining it is a step of its own.
A sign-up needs a confirmation. The shop emails a six-digit code, and typing that code back is what puts you on the list.
Leaving the list takes effect within 48 hours. What the newsletter keeps, where it is kept, and how to have it removed is in the shop's privacy policy.
Personal information
Nothing on this page is about personal information. What the shop holds when you write to it or join the list, why it holds it, where it is kept, and how to have it removed or leave the list is all set out in the shop's privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
These are the shop's terms as they stand from 18 October 2026. They may be reworded later as the shop changes, and the version on this page is the one in force.
