The paperwork side of starting out: a services and pricing worksheet, a meet-and-greet checklist for the first visit, and a client intake section that covers the household and access — parking, alarms, keys and codes, the fuse box and water shut-off — and then each animal: who they are, how they are fed and watered, their medication and allergies, how they behave with strangers and other animals, and their vet, the after-hours clinic and who may authorize treatment.

What you get
Each pack is a printable PDF you print at home, as often as you like. Choosing a pack takes you to Stripe's own secure checkout, which shows you the amount before you confirm anything, and your download is ready as soon as the payment goes through.
A bundle is the same PDFs the single packs sell — nothing in a bundle is a different file — and it arrives as one download: a single zip file holding each of its packs, with every pack named on the bundle's download page.
The forms inside are blank on purpose. Everything that depends on you — your vet, the clinic that is open at night, your phone number, your address, your rates, the wording of your own policies — is yours to fill in, so nothing in a pack invents a business or a price for you.
