For an older pet
The Senior Years with an Older Pet
Thirty pages to read first and write in afterward: what actually changes as the years pass and what does not, what is worth keeping exactly as it is, what to note down while it is still true, and how to make the ordinary days comfortable — with your own record pages for the details your veterinarian, or whoever is watching the house, will later ask for.
It is written from everyday pet-care practice and it prints no dose, no treatment and no diagnosis of its own: every amount, time and instruction has to come from your own veterinarian or the label on the medicine.

What you get
Each pack is a printable PDF you print at home, as often as you like. Choosing a pack takes you to Stripe's own secure checkout, which shows you the amount before you confirm anything, and your download is ready as soon as the payment goes through.
The forms inside are blank on purpose. Everything that depends on you — your vet, the clinic that is open at night, your phone number, your address, your rates, the wording of your own policies — is yours to fill in, so nothing in a pack invents a business or a price for you.
If a pack does not fit the way you care for your animals, tell us. We look forward to feedback to improve or add to our packs.
