For pet owners
Going Away Planner
A handoff pack you fill in by hand and give to whoever is caring for your pets while you are away: what each pet eats and how much, the medication log, the daily routine, the emergency vet details, and who to call if something goes wrong.
There is a care section for each kind of animal you might have — from dogs and cats to birds, rabbits, reptiles and fish — so the sitter is not guessing.
What it covers
- what each pet eats and how much, the medication log, the daily routine, the emergency vet details, and who to call if something goes wrong
- a care section for each kind of animal you might have — from dogs and cats to birds, rabbits, reptiles and fish
- your household and your pets, and the home-and-access detail a sitter needs, with a page holding every animal at a glance
- a care section for each of those animals in turn: dogs, cats, birds, rabbits and guinea pigs, hamsters and pocket pets, reptiles, and fish and aquariums
- daily life: the feeding schedule and food prep, portions, the medication log, the daily routine set out hour by hour, and behavior, quirks and handling — including who the pets meet while you are away
- what happens if something goes wrong: the emergency plan, and the page that says who decides, and up to what
- contacts and records: key contacts, more people to call, the sitter's own daily notes, and a two-week feeding and medication chart
What you get
Each pack is a printable PDF you print at home, as often as you like. Choosing a pack takes you to Stripe's own secure checkout, which shows you the amount before you confirm anything, and your download is ready as soon as the payment goes through.
The forms inside are blank on purpose. Everything that depends on you — your vet, the clinic that is open at night, your phone number, your address, your rates, the wording of your own policies — is yours to fill in, so nothing in a pack invents a business or a price for you.
If a pack does not fit the way you care for your animals, tell us. We look forward to feedback to improve or add to our packs.
